poor customer service. they don't do anything to resolve your issue other than offering you a small compensation for your order. and whenever you get credit compensation they will add extra fees on And nothing done to fix issues for the future. barely pay the drivers and unless you live in a big city you can expect cold meals from restaurants and limited customer service for grocery orders If I didn't work so much I wouldn't be using them for groceries/meal orders long live exploitation
