I ordered almost $60 of food from wingstop. My drivers tells me she gave my order to someone else which means she didn’t follow DoorDash’s policy to get the PIN number from the customer to make sure it’s the right customer nor did she follow my instructions to call me upon delivery. She never even came in front of my house. (I know this because I have a ring doorbell camera). Now DoorDash denies my request for refund due to a DoorDash policy. On my 3rd call to a representative, I was hung up on because she had already exhausted “all forms of resolution”. I guarantee after I get my money back I’m also closing my account.
