So last week On June 23rd, I got charged on Doordash pass because of how it's automatic charges. I cancelled the subscription the same day since I didn't want to be charged again in July. I come to find out today my dash pass has ended. I was like ok wtf? It should have been done on July 23rd since I had already paid for the month. I talked to a rep and they claimed they didn't see any payments. I sent them the screenshot and they were like, oh. That was an error on our end, but because you already used two orders we can't refund you back the money. Since that's in our policy. We also can't extend the dashpass because once it's inactive, we can't reactive it. Sorry, we'll do better next time. I was like, so you're telling me your system messed up and I can't get a refund nor can I get my dashpass to extend for the month, when I already paid for it? So basically I paid $9.99 for one week? Screw them.
