Well I have used DoorDash probably 4 times a week for a year or so. I live in southern California so there are lots of choices. Overall the food is almost always cold--so I just microwave it. On occasion the order is completely wrong or missing something. This is what bothers me the most. When I tell DoorDash that there was a problem they say that they will refund me some amount of money. This is NEVER done. I have never received a credit from Doordash. So, if you are unhappy for any reason forget getting a refund. DoorDash does not give any money back. Once you pay--its a done deal. Luckily there are now 2 companies that are just starting to deliver food here so hopefully things will be better with them.
