I ordered food that was completely inedible...stale, soggy chips and quesadilla from Qdoba that I paid $28 for. I requested a refund. I was offered $10. I didnt accept it! Why should I pay $18 for food that went into the trash? I was told by their rude customer service rep that I should have eaten it instead of thrown it away. I understand that DoorDash doesnt prepare the food but they do advertise food delivered fresh. They didnt follow through. I order DoorDash several times a week and most of the time the food is good. I dont ask for refunds very often, maybe 5 in the past 3 years but they were for items that were missing completely and never had issues with getting reimbursed for it. I dont know why they are acting like Im asking for the Hope Diamond this time.
