Working In Burbank, Food From Salsa And Beer
Where to start, have a laugh or to, it's still very comical (not really to me). This all started at 10:36AM PST. from my initial order. at the end of the day my order was going to be delivered till maybe 1:45ish? really even if it's free it was about the Principal and ME needing to check up for them to stay on top... not cool for a first time customer, as I mentioned to their team I'm all about reliability and felt none coming from here. THey tried to blame restaurant in being busy but had nothing to do with it, they essentially made 2 orders and wanted to do a 3rd lol.. just pure comedy.

(08:41:52) (17516255: To keep record, my first order was sitting then when I followed up the 2nd order would be again old and SOGGY so now this third order will now take 45mins and not delivering at 1PM as stated. Which would've made this delivery out to be for 1:45/2pm... Wow, thank you but. I thanks from the lack of follow up from the initially dashes in bailing and system not putting some else in que. I'm only upset since I'm working 10hrs didn't want pizza delivered ha! Jokes on me. Thank you kindly though for doing your best a representative I know it's not your fault. It is what it is and I don't stress. Thank you again
