Everything. First you over charge your customers as you mark up restaurant's food prices and don't tell anyone, then it takes an act of God to get your money returned even if it is less than $10.
I don't like companies that lie and don't care about the client.
Although I did finally get the over charge back but by then I was not even hungry.
