So far, so good. Your delivery, up to this point, has been faster than the "expected delivery timeframe". And the choice of restaurants to choose from is better than Postmates. Actually, I had a bad experience with Postmates and I told them I was leaving them for you guys! The only thing I do not like, it that you have to pick your tip amount BEFORE you get your order. There's absolutely no sense to it. So far, I always tip around 15%. But if my service is bad or awesome, I can't change the tip amount. I don't think that's fair to your drivers. We need to be able to tip according to the level of service we feel we received. Other than that, I love you guys! JUST FIX THE DANG TIPPING OPTION! lol
