My first experience was fantastic!! Everything was perfect and arrived ahead of schedule!
My second experience was incorrect and late....several aspects of the order did not arrive at all; others were completely erroneous. When I reported this to DoorDash, I was informed that my account would be refunded for those items that did not arrive. Neither my DoorDash account nor my credit card were ever refunded. This was several weeks ago.
Regrettably, I have no incentive to order from Door Dash again. Please don't inform customers that you will refund them orders that didn't arrive when you have no intention of dong so.
