Friends have had multiple less-than-stellar experiences with doordash and my first one is no exception.
Strike 1: Was lured in by a promo code for a restaurant and code was expired when I entered it in upon check out. Promo code was advertised on 3 landing pages and purported to be active.
Strike 2: There was essential food missing from my order.
Strike 3: There's no easy way to get in touch to get this resolved. Have to go through a battery of issue questions only to get an mandatory option selection for doordash credits or refund. Grubhub, Caviar, Uber eats all have incredibly easy ways to get in touch with a human for quick resolutions. Now I'm sitting here with a $30 f'n $$ pile of food that's getting cold and gross as wait to be called back by someone from Doordash. What a joke. Never again.
