This is the ultimate in lackluster customer service. One of the lunches we ordered was missing from the delivery. So, one of my team members is still without a lunch.... I was on hold via phone for 20 minutes and on top of that almost 40 minutes waiting for an online support person - no connection. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are with Door Dash. The least they could have done was honor our original request of fulfilling the order and having the missing lunch delivered.
