My deliveries were on time, sure. What is funky is their so-called tip system and the delivery people. DD tips their drivers then FORCES us to make a minimum 10% tip, but what is the delivery sucks?
My last delivery was missing a 1/3 of the order they credited me $5 big whoop so that covers the next delivery cost. Also, the delivery guy was using hate speech loudly on the phone when he rode up. Then he loudly bullied me into opening up the container on his back and taking out the food, 'otherwise, I'd have to get off my bike and do it.' Dude, THAT'S YOUR JOB.
So that's all she wrote for me. I'm not a fool, if they're so lax as to hire what looks like vulgar bums off the street, and clearly don't give them proper training, this is a company I want no part of.
