I have used DoorDash 3 times over the past 10 months and each time the food is delivered cold; this last time the bottom of the bag felt like ice. The resturant was only about a mile from my house so how the food got so cold in a 10 minute drive is beyond me. The driver said her directions were wrong but she called and I told her exactly were to find my apartment building - still took her another 5-7 minutes to find me.
Sorry but while DoorDash is very convenient I will no longer use your service.
