First order went well.
Ordered a second time and real-time gps of driver showed he was in one place for nearly 25 minutes.
Called support and they said driver's car was down (this was 20 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive)
No one called me to let me know there would be a delay. No compensation offered, only a refund - which I gladly accepted.
Going to stick with SkipTheDishes.
