Doordash is great if you enjoy cold food, and waiting on extra 20 mins from the expected delivery time.
We've complained about it before and they us gave a whomping 10$ off our next order, which didn't even cover delivery & tip. Every once in a while I'd be fine with our food being late but I'd say 80% of the time they're late. Either be accountable for your drivers for figure out an accurate estimated delivery time.
