I have had NUMEROUS instances where I don't receive my whole order. This last time, I was charged for my whole order and then half of my order disappeared, though not the cost of it!
I've had cold food delivered to me over an hour AFTER it was supposed to be due to app malfunctions. I loved door dash because it was great as I can't leave work often, but I'm now done with them as they've had way too many mistakes!
