Ordered food that indicated 50 minutes to delivery.
At 75 minutes “ track my order” shows food is nor even finished yet. I click “ help” and get a message they are looking for a dasher. Screen gives and “ arrival” time of the 50 minutes.
I click “ cancel” as I need to get back to work, and get a message I cannot cancel as the dasher has picked it up. Nothing arrives.
Of course the credir card is charged.
