I’ve been a loyal doordash customer for quite some time. The last and final order I purchased was inedible, and simply wanted a refund. DoorDash did not honor this, and told me they are sorry for the inconvenience. If they were a company that valued customers, they would issue a full refund. Don’t waste your time, there are too many other companies with these services that do a FAR superior job at it.
