I’m not sure whose fault this is but it isn’t the first time I haven’t had the greatest experience using Door Dash. We ordered food at 11:26am with an ETA of 48 minutes. I received a text from the driver at 12:07 stating that she arrived at the restaurant and they did not have our order. She placed it for us and we finally got our food at 12:54pm. Almost an hour and half after we ordered it. The food was good, but we had to eat after our meeting instead of before. Like I said, this isn’t the first time this has happened and it is very frustrating. I’d like to note that the driver was very friendly and apologetic. There is something with the system that needs to be addressed.
