I have no problem with the service itself. I usually receive my order in the time frame that it shows on the site (around 40 min usually, but that's not a big deal since that's around the time it takes every other delivery near me), and haven't had a problem with a dasher or anything, but my complain comes from the customer service. The customer service as TERRIBLE. My account got deactivated for literally no reason (I can't order or even login), I send in 2 support tickets over the course of 2 weeks, since I was promised 72 hour response time but have yet to receive a response for either one, so I call the phone number. The lady on the phone was great and looked into my account and told me that there wasn't a reason why my account was deactivated and that it would be activated with 72 hours. That was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. Absolute joke of a customer service and now I can't doordash because their customer support leaves me in the dark and apparently won't activate my account.
