Ordered some bomb tacos from Torchy's only to have DoorDash deliver gross burritos from some other restaurant. They gave us a refund but refused to contact the driver to find out what had happened and see if we could still get our correct order.
I've had other orders from DoorDash with no issues but it was very disappointing that they couldn't resolve this issue more satisfactorily.
