Cancelled my account. This last order received wrong dinner entry item and food was lukewarm to cold. I had also gotten tired of seeing that the food was sitting an average of 15 to 20 minutes before pick up and delivery. Received one too many orders with wrong item, missing item or missing sides. One too many instances where, after having called the restaurant, I discovered that the DoorDash representative who called in the order had ordered the wrong item. Every instance I had called customer service I was connected to someone whom I could barely understand. Service should be renamed to DoorDawdle or DoorDissatisfaction. I hope I get better service with GrubHub.
