The only thing crappy I have unfortunately have came across is the refunds. Multiple times I have placed an order for dinner.. doordash will confirm my order and charge me. Then 20-45 min later I will get an EMAIL ONLY saying my order has been cancelled. The first time I had to go online because there’s no help option thru the app. The second time no one popped up to msg so I emailed.. haven’t heard back. I spend $30+ each time and I feel DoorDash SHOULD NOT CONFIRM AN ORDER THEN CHARGE THE CUSTOMER ONLY TO HAVE THE ORDER CANCELLED. Please work on updating the availability hours to order please.
