I used Door Dash all the time . Last night I ordered from Cheesecake Factory .The food was the worst I've ever had !! I got in touch with Door Dash, help site for their help with a refund or credit . I couldn't believe how I was just dismissed , said they would not help me. After several texts they told me I would receive a credit but wouldn't tell me in what manner .Finally I was told that they would review this and get in touch in 2-3 days. What a joke , I won't hold my breath...
