I ordered from Bob Evans less that 2 miles from my home at 3:30. Delivery time estimated 4:05. At 4:10 I called the driver Jerry with no answer and no call back as I requested. At 4:30 I called the restaurant and was told my food was sitting there since 3:55. I told her to cancel delivery. As I got to Bob Evans Lk Wales Fl, another driver, Cheryl, was coming out and asked my name. She said she just got the order. It wasn’t her error. I will not use Door Dash again!!
