If there was a zero star option I would select that. About $12 worth of food never made it to us, their reaction was pretty much better luck this time, not our problem. and would not arrange for someone else to pick up missing food, 1 week later $5 refund. Most recently got a call from the most unprofessional human I've ever spoken with who started the call saying, "ya they don't have this part of your order." I asked to speak with someone more professional and they hung up, needless to say I canceled my order. I will NEVER use door dash again.
