I have been dealing with Door Dash and their issues for almost 2 years now. Their customer service is scripted and there are passive aggressive alerts put onto accounts when the service rep feels insulted.
I’m done with not being understood and treated like they are doing me a favor when an order has missing items time after time.
A real conversation that is not scripted and active listening would help, but it doesn’t happen.
I use Uber Eats as well and I can tell you I don’t have nearly as many problems with them as I do with Door Dash.
It may be my area, but it has not been good!
