The service, quality of doors and delivery were all good. The only issue I had was with the price quoted for delivery. I was told when ordering the doors that the delivery charge would be £35. The invoice showed £35 + VAT, which makes the total delivery charge £42. Why not just tell customers the delivery charge *including* VAT to avoid any complaints?
