“The buying experience was good, with excellent assistance & knowledge from Kirsty at the Ferndown branch. Unfortunately, when it came to customer service, that’s where it all went pear shaped. Suggest that Claire from customer service may need a wee bit of training on how door handles work. Then she wouldn’t forward on emails from handle suppliers that are obviously taking the p*#$ .”

“I have purchased doors from the company previously as they gave the best choice of doors at great prices. Everyone who has seen my current doors loves them! “After two visits to the Devon showroom, talking to Colin on both occasions, we feel well sorted with everything we need to replace one external and seven internal doors. Colin was knowledgeable and patient in ensuring our requirements were met, communicating well with us and Andy from InDoors, the carpenter we have engaged for fitting after he surveyed and quoted in a very prompt and clear manner. Impressed by all involved.”

“It was great dealing with Sales Executive Martin, such a pleasant, polite and helpful man. Having given him the measurements and description of the type of doors I required he was able to deliver me just what I wanted. I was in no hurry to get the doors installed so didn’t mind waiting the 10 week for them to arrive.”
