“Absolute ignorance. I have paid for products of which there are still 3 doors outstanding. I was advised that they would be in stock around the 14th December. It is now the 20th and after sending enquiry I find you are closed until the new year. It is rude and poor service that no one could let me have an update on my delivery.”

“This is our second major house refurb in 8 years. We used DOD Bournemouth showroom for our first order and we have used Colin at the Exeter showroom this time. Last time we bought a sample door online from a competitor and the quality was rubbish. Visiting the showroom meant we were able to inspect style and quality and hence we went to them again. At both showrooms the selection is excellent, the advice given most helpful and the price just right. I would happily recommend either branch”

“DoD have a great range of doors (and furniture) to choose from at their show room. Alan was very helpful. Quality,price and delivery excellent. I ordered unfinished oak doors and wish I had followed Alan’s advice and gone for finished. Will use again.”

“Doors are of excellent quality, reasonable price , the only down side was the delivery there’s was only one person delivering the doors which weigh 33kg per door with no fork lift the poor man had to climb up the side of the lorry and get one door find somewhere to put it lower so he could get it of the side of the lorry, I didn’t think this was health & safety”

Thank you for the review. There are very odd occasions where this may happen, but the couriers we work with are there to deliver your door and this is what they do for a living. So although this may look very awkward for the bystander, these guys are used to doing this and a very proficient at it. But we have taken your comments on board for our next review of our delivery partners welfare meeting. Thank you
