Thus far service is far from satisfactory after receiving part complete bedroom furniture wait 14 weeks I’m now left another 3 weeks in limbo, one half built wardrobe and one wardrobe in bits waiting missing parts to complete, customer service is appalling apart from one text from them they have not contacted us I ring regularly and their promise of a call back with update is non existent. Please be more customer friendly and communicate sensibly in an appropriate manor.
