I have had the dormeo matress for about 18 months and noticed it had stated to dip on one side. Sent in emails with photos several times And was told that they never received them I then had to take photos and send them in . They received them and then had a date for the technician to come out He looked at the matress and then said he would put his report in and I would have to wait for them to come back to me. So I waited and was told that there was a problem and it had dipped but this issue was not covered under the garuntee . I couldn't believe what I was reading . So what is covered? I am now left with a matress that is faulty and Dormeo are doing nothing to help. I am disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and the way they have dealt with the faulty matress I would not recommend buying from them and the customer service is as poor quality as the matress. Keep well away as poor quality and terrible customer service.
