I ordered a Dormeo Topper on 28th May 2023 & paid in full.
The delivery stated 14/28 days
After various messages stating they were out of stock at their warehouse! I eventually received a message saying I would receive the Topper no later than the 14th August 2023.
Now 12 weeks (3 months) Later I have cancelled my order & Dormeo Customer Services say I will receive my refund within 5 Working Days.
I certainly hope so I will never deal with company ever again.
