our dormeo octasmart mattress had an 18 year guarantee with the first 5 years at 100 percent. After three and a half years we could no longer sleep on it due to a ridge all the way down the middle. We turned the mattress every month without fail. When we complained dormeo sent someone out to look at the mattress, his exact words were, he could see what we mean. The company refused to do anything about it and we bought another mattress from Ikea. In my opinion the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.
