They were quick to ship the order and take your money, but they sure don't care if the order actually arrives and when you question it you get excuses about everything. The shipping company used was Canpar and their tracking information continually said it was out for delivery with the drive for over 6 days and it never arrived. I would never recommend this company or product as all they care about is getting their money and screw the customer.
