I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this mattress. It is clearly defective and has caused me significant discomfort and pain since I started using it. I initially contacted the merchant, who directed me to their customer service department. From there, I was referred to the Dormeo manufacturer. Dormeo then informed me that their insurance company would not honour my claim because my mattress failed to meet their only qualification criterion — an arbitrary condition that seems designed to avoid accountability. They promptly redirected me back to the merchant. When I contacted the merchant again, they told me to follow up with the manufacturer. At this point, I feel like a tennis ball being bounced back and forth with no resolution in sight. My advice is simple: avoid this company altogether. Do not purchase a Dormeo mattress.
