Sagging after a few months, put up with it for almost two years but got so bad it was like sleeping in two hollows.
Guarantee not worth the paper it's written on.
At best you might get another Dormeo mattress.
Not worth pursuing, it is in the bin where it belongs.
Customer service not good either.
