I have had acute sciatica for the last 3 years. Have been unable to sleep longer than 3 hours for years due to my back pain and hips. I have had the essentials firm matttress since the first of August and my life is much better now. I usually sleep 7 to 8 hours now and feel so much better. I am almost back to normal. It has made a big difference in my life. I love it so comfortable. Well worth the money.
