Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a gift card for a family members birthday but accidentally left a symbol out of the email address. I messaged them early on the morning the gift card was due to be sent and was told it had been passed onto the gift card team and I should get a reply within 5 working days when I didn’t get a response I emailed again and was told it had been passed over to the gift card team again and I would get a reply within 72hrs I still heard nothing so again I emailed and was then told I should wait 10 working days and so 19 days - 14 working days later since it was first passed over and I still haven’t received any emails from the gift card team. The problem is you get a different customer service advisor every time you email them and each one just tries to fob you off It’s absolutely appalling I would never buy anything from Dorothy Perkins again and will continue to email every day now until this gets resolved
