I ordered a dress on line on the 31st May. I requested to collect the dress from a Hermes store and it was delivered to my local Hermes store. However, I was charged £9.95 for unlimited delivery for a year. I do not want this service.
I have sent two E mails requesting a refund and Dorothy Perkins has not responded to either of my E mails.
