My usual black morning coffee became a dairy free vanilla collagen creamer morning coffee about six weeks ago and as a result my nails are longer and stronger, need for a colour and cut growing increasingly obvious and my skin is getting better each week that goes by! I’m a huge dose and co fan now and would highly recommend both the benefits and taste.
