I have seen such a difference to my recovery after work out. I was expecting to see a difference to my hair and nails after a few weeks but not this! I ran out for around 10 days and really realised what a difference having this daily is making to how im feeling and recovering from work outs. INSANE! please bring it to the UK so i can get it quicker.
