Taste is great and I can see improvement and I’m only in week two!!!!! The ability to throw it in your coffee makes it fool proof, I also love the packaging and environmental thoughtfulness. I don’t know if it’s obvious to other’s but since it wasn’t to me, I’ll share...twist the top off don’t try and pry it for best results. Do not hesitate to purchase, I cannot imagine canceling my subscription ever.
