I'm going into my 3rd month of using the powder. I've got stronger nails & new hair growth. I would highly recommend it. My hair is fine & thin in areas after having 3 children & my nails always broke easily. The collagen powder has made a huge difference. Love the vanilla flavour in my cup of mocha each day.
