I had terrible acne from stopping birth control pills a couple months ago, and couldn't believe my eyes when my acne got so much better after a week of taking this collagen. I've tried everything under the sun, and even extreme diet like gluten free dairy free sugar free didn't quite help like this. I would recommend 100%
