I'm on my 3rd tub of the creamer and have a protein tub too. Obviously amazing with the standard hair and nails but what amazed me most and wasn't expecting it was my ceaseran scar, I had tried all the lotions and potions over the past 2years and nothing "faded" it completely after 6weeks it was GONE!! The healing process with tattoos has been insane too
