Really yummy powder to go with any hot drink (coffees, hot chocolate, matcha drinks). I have noticed results, such as nails growing out faster and hair getting longer faster, however I haven't been too observant about any results regarding skin and other benefits yet, especially because I have eczema skin so it goes bad quite often.
I have tried both the caramel dairy free flavour and the vanilla dairy free flavour and I like caramel the best! just a personal preference, but both are nice!
