I buy the Vanilla flavoured Marine Collagen every two months. That it lasts that long is brilliant. I use two heaped tsps everyday in my morning coffee.
Since taking it my nails are amazing. They no longer peel but if they do break they are now so hard its just a clsan snap, and they grow back so quickly.
My hair has got much thicker and it seems to be needing cut more often.
Also my IBS has settled and i am no longer getting the stomach problems i was getting previously. This on its own is the most amazing result for me.
