I did not have high expectations for a powder being added to a beverage.... I will say I am impressed. It is good in water, milk and my coffee. I mixes well and tastes great. I purchased this mainly for my daughter to help with acne and eczema.(I take it with her daily) We have been taking it for a little over a week, her acne has showed an improvement, no changes with her eczema yet. I still have hope, it' still early and her eczema gets bad in the winter. (my insurance will not cover the medicine that clears it up all year, only 6 months.) So I had to start looking for over the counter home remedy options lease check back, I will give another eczema update after a month.
