Almost thought company was a scam. Placed my order, and received tracking right away. However, FedEx claimed they never received my box to ship.. Waited 3 weeks, no delivery. Contacted company via e-mail 3x with no response. Finally had to dispute charge to my CC, and all of the sudden, got an e-mail my order is out for delivery. Still never heard from their customer service. Never placing another order again.
